 As a mental health clinician with significant experience with cognitive behavior, solution focused briefed and person-centered therapy services, I approach treatment with unconditional understanding, mutual respect, and motivating support. I emphasize and demonstrate the value of therapeutic relationships as the foundation on which change can occur. Working with clients to recognize the potential they possess enables them to implement the necessary changes to promote healthy living and long-term growth. 

I help adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life experiences and learn to effectively manage trauma, social anxiety, communication difficulties, grief, anger, trust issues, and depression. 

Through collective examination, my clients learn to understand and challenge negative thinking patterns and develop strategies to let them go. By encouraging my clients to confront experiences that make them feel vulnerable, prompting them to be empowered to take control of their lives and create a blueprint to thrive as an individual.
